Insert text into product customization field by URL

Is it possible to fill out the product customization text field by adding the desired text to the URL

Example: mydomain.dk/my-product-1.html?text=My-custom-text

 

"My-custom-text" should then be inserted in the product customization text field.

Are major changes to Prestashop needed to achieve the function above?

 

(I need this functionality to identify a customers choices made on another website)
