How to change position of customization tab

Hello, I've been doing some research to change my customization tab from one place to another on my product page. I've been almost able to do it, but there's something i can't do.

You can see in this picture where the product customization is right now. I would like to put it before "add to cart" button, but if i move the code there it just doesn't work since i'm putting one form inside another one. 

 

Maybe it's possible to do it modifying the css?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
