Editing Mobile Menu in Prestashop 1.7

I've been beating my head against this issue for a few days now, and I'm at the point where I've run out of ideas, so I'm asking for help.

 

I am attempting to edit the order in which the mobile menu displays the text for the category and sub-category names. By mobile menu I mean the horizontal menu that pops up when the screen is too small for the normal menu.

 

I have one category in particular which looks correct on the regular menu. It is the category "Special", with the sub-category "Summer". In Prestashop 1.7 on the normal menu, this places a word on the menu above "Special" that just says summer, which works perfectly, as the end result is "Summer Special".

 

However, on the mobile menu, this reads "Special Summer". I'm just looking for the correct file to edit so I can switch the position of those two words around so the mobile menu reads "Summer Special" as well.

 

Anyone have any ideas? I appreciate the help.
