Shipping fee disappears on cart page while adding items

Hello everyone, 

I'm trying to set up my first shop (PrestaShop 1.6.1.14) and noticed an issue on the cart page. When I add/remove some items, the shipping fee and a border disappear. This happens with Chrome, Firefox and IE.  
I tried looking in the forums but couldn't find a similar problem. I don't know what I should look for. 

Any hint would be great

 

 

Update: It happens only with guest order and free shipping. If I set a shipping fee, it works fine. Seems to be a JavaScript issue.

My solution for the moment: deactivate guest order.
