if any new order came mail is not going customer can any one tell how to solver this .and hour support mail is not come mail also

It may be because of mailer setting. To change the setting follow below steps

 

 

1) Go to Advance Parameter -> Email 

 

2) Then in Email option try to configure mail setting for Gmail account.

 

3) Try this value in email setting 

 

 

Mail domain name  -> ANY_NAME


SMTP server -> smtp.gmail.com


SMTP username ->your gmail email address


SMTP password -> your_password


Encryption -> SSL


Port->465

 

4) Click on Save button to save the setting.

 

 

5) To test the email setting send a test email by using TEST YOUR EMAIL CONFIGURATION option just below the email setting.
