mrkhmusic Posted July 2, 2010 Share Posted July 2, 2010 Hello, everyone!I'm working with a number of people who are all using PS, and a couple of them have had troubles resetting passwords using the "Lost Password?" function on the login screen. They aren't getting any emails with new passwords or links to reset passwords. I'm wondering if it's not being sent to the right email address, or maybe that it's not even hooked up to the right mail server to send the email out in the first place...?Any suggestions?Thanks!Mark Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
