Cannot access my "modules and service" anymore.

Hi guys,
using PS 1.6.1.13 and, for some unknown strange reason, I cannot access to my "modules and service" in the admin panel.
Everytime I click on it I get kicked out on admin login page.
This error is driving me insane .... I'm not able to solve this and I cannot find a solution here on the forum.
I've tried everything .... disable cache, delete cache via ftp, disable the Check IP on the cookie .... nothing helped.

Could anybody help me please?
