hurray
When I click on pay by cheque or bank wire transfer, I get to an error page that says "Internal Server ErrorThe server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.More information about this error may be available in the server error log.Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."I have configured both these payment methods in admin control panel. What went wrong here?
rocky
It might be a permissions issue. Check that modules, modules/bankwire and modules/cheque are chmod 755 and the files in the bankwire and cheque directories are chmod 644.
hurray
Hi Rocky,Thanks for your reply, but I have absolutely no idea what you are trying to say. Where do I search those numbers?
rocky
Log in to your cPanel and choose "File Manager". It should list the chmod numbers next to the files and directories and let you change them.
hurray
I changed the permission for the folders and files you have mentioned. It still did not help. In addition to cheque and bankwire, I am getting the same error message on refer to a friend under each product.
rocky
I can't think of anything else that would cause that problem. Try asking your host for help.

I contacted my host and asked them to change the permissions on some folder so that I would not get this error message. They took care of it.You may want to contact your hosting company.
