How to include single quotes in translated strings PrestaShop 1.7

Strings are delimited with single quotes. If a string contains single quotes, they should be escaped using a backslash (\).

This is works in PS 1.6 but it didnt in 1.7

 

My code is

{l s='We\'ll guide you through adding' mod=''}

but it displays

We\'ll guide you through adding

How to include single quotes in translated strings?
