Mailalerts module little adjustement

Anyone can help me to make some changes on file mailalerts.php ps ver. 1.6.1.13 on module mailalerts when send email on new order i need to find solution maybe easy way is to add the color attribute after "codice" number (reference) but only color attribute and only when product have this attribute i thik .isset function is right way

 also i need to remove link on product and make text uppercase like 2nd attachement
