Prestashop 1.7 Free Virtual (Downloadable) Products

Hi there,

 

I have a question about creating free virtual / downloadable products in Prestashop 1.7. I've created a virtual product, and i have uploaded my zip file containing my manual under "virtual product".

 

I know i can also upload a attachment under "options" which people can download, but that's not what i want. Because i do want people to register first.

 

I have set the price of my virtual product to € 0.00. When i want to check out, i create a new account, go through all the steps, and after i press "order" (no matter which payment provider i use), i get redirected back to the index page. And my free virtual product is still in my shopping cart (propably sitting there and laughing at me while i'm getting ever more frustrated

 

I hope someone knows how to solve this problem. I know this can be done without any problem in 1.6, but not in 1.7.

 

I hope someone can help me out and, of course, thanks to all who help out beforehand.

If I set the price to 0, the user receives an error from paypal!
