PS 1.7 - Module Customization - Why Price incorrect

I create a test with new feature on 1.7. But seem the price is not correct.

 

- Product base same

 

 

- I am created my-module which customization data on database

 

 

- The price display on hook is correct. (when click Product customization link on shopping cart)

 

 

- But the total price on shopping cart is wrong??? (have not taxes) -

 

$total = 16.40 + 1.50 = 17.90 ### 17.60

Seems it -20% saved same product discount, right?
