Fatal error when I add a product to cart

Please can you help me to fix this problem?

 

In my shop (ps version 1.7.1.0) when I try to add a product in cart, the ajax call fails to refresh the cart.

 

Inspecting the code, there is a problem related to smarty:

 

ContextErrorException in smarty_internal_templatebase.php(157) : eval()'d code line 202: Notice: Undefined index: urls

Can you help me? In local server all works properly
