See lots of posts about this bug where both the save and save and stay buttons spin and spin. I'm really getting pissed off at this, and can't see that it is being addressed as the bug it is. Someone once told me to clear my images .tmp file, which I have tried without luck. I am not a coder and don't know .html. How can I add products to my shop with this bug? Is it fixed in 1.7? And, if so, is it safe to upgrade to 1.7? Or is that just for new stores. Please send help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
peggy king Posted April 28, 2017 Author Share Posted April 28, 2017 I have since updated my PS from 1.6.1.3 to 1.6.1.13. I did not experience the problem with the last set of products i posted. Statuesque Posted June 23, 2017 Share Posted June 23, 2017 I was fine with 1.6.1.13, happened sometimes but hitting the page refresh álways' fixed it. Wanted to upgrade to .14 so cloned the site to test the upgrade. all is fine on the cloned version of the site so updated the live version. Clone still works perfectly but the live site now has the endless spinning save button preventing any product updates or additions. As this issue is reported constantly since 2015 on various forums I am quite amazed it has never been fixed. Very poor showing from Prestashop.
