SEO optimize question

When i check my Heading tags to analyse howto improve for SEO  then i see this output from online SEO tools.

 

<H2> There are 0 items in your cart. There is 1 item in your cart. </H2>
<H2> Product successfully added to your shopping cart </H2>
<H4> Information </H4>
<H4> Store Information </H4>
<H4> My account </H4>
<H4> Follow us </H4>
<H4> Categories </H4>

 

I left out the correct heading tags like H1 etc which shows the correct discription of my webshop.

 

My question is, is it possible to exclude / remove these heading tags which do not add anything to SEO ?
