Module to add a string on the description of the product on the cart

Hei folks, 

I createad I module where the user can type a string in an input and then click on a button. Once clicked, a product is added to the cart and the string is added to the description of the product.

The module block is on the bottom, "Millemiglia":

 

How can I send the string value to the product so when clicking "Aggiungi" a second product is added to the cart with the string inout added on description?!
