Credentials are right: SMTP, user,password, SSL, 465 port, etc... Also I checked that the contact email in my shop is the same Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "[email protected]" using 3 possible authenticators Any idea? But may I asking if is normal that prestashop show the password field empty after fill and saved?
