[1.6.1.12] Slow loading on homepage only?

Hi everyone,

 

I have a problem with my shop - http://hurtowniaswiec.pl

My homepage is loading very long, takes 11-20 seconds, but once per ten loads (or test on GTMetrix) it loads in 3.5 sec.

Categories load quciker (but still too slow, will work on it somehow) in 3-5 sec. Homepage is build with AP Page Builder

 

I'm on shared hosting with PHP 5.6 with 512MB memory and OpCache enabled. Before getting upgrade from 256 to 512MB I've encountered lots of 500 errors. My hosting provider send me this debug info:

Do you have any tips how to make my homepage load in acceptable time?
