Remove quantity and available in the recap

Hello,

I already post this message in the french forum but i did'nt have answer yet.
So, i would like to remove "quantity" and the "available" button when i go to the shopping bag (just after i put product in, when we click on "add to cart").
I would remove them because it's not necessary for us to have them, we produce when we have orders because the product can have some customization so it's not always the same products.
