adjaro2 Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 HelloI changed the user, directory and files permissions.Get problem with my prestashop. Firstly I could not work backoffice at all, and thumbnails from ordered products (BO, shopping cart, order form) did not display, additionally thumbnails from frames also. After restoring the old user I regained control over BO, changed permissions on 755 directories and 644 files, but still thumbnails do not work. I've read the error, nothing special has shown except for the fotolia files are catching. Checking thumbnail paths invokes the thumb.php file to display the frame, but I did not change anything in this file. Maybe there are some files that need to have permissions other than 755 and 644? I count on more help, I have no idea what's wrong.
