Tristan Simonds Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 I have not been using the shop for a few months (We tend to be seasonal) and now when processing credit cards we are getting this error: "Unauthorized Request. Bad or missing credentials.#firstdata-anchor" I have contacted the processor and they have verified my passwords all work, they tell me it is in my cart, I have also made no changes to the application except adding products and 2 new stores.
