Di.Gi.T. Service Posted March 29, 2017 Share Posted March 29, 2017 Salve a tutti, Sto provando ad unire lo shop ad ebay, tramite il modulo ufficiale di quest'ultimo. Il problema è, nel modulo, non viene mostrato niente, nè categorie, nè prodotti. Quando apro la pagina di configurazione del modulo, viene mostrato il seguente messaggio:"You are currently connected to the Prestashop Back Office using a different URL than set up, this module will not work properly. Please log in using this url.", questo perchè lo shop è posizionato in una sottodirectory del dominio: http://www.digitservice1997.it/ecommerce al posto di: http://www.digitservice1997.it/ . Non sono il proprietario dello shop, mi sto occupando della gestione del sito e non conosco Prestashop, lo sto esplorando in queste settimane. Non saprei perchè, chi ha creato lo shop all'inizio, abbia optato per una subdirectory. Potrebbe essere questo il problema per cui il modulo non mostra nulla?
