Paypal checkout does NOT complete purchase process

Hi,

 

Paypal checkout on my site does NOT complete purchase process.  There is no buy now (as is the case of amazon payment) button or finalize order at the end of the buy process.

 

Paypal page comes up and one can login and continue - but there is no final buy at the end.

 

No money was taken from buyer's paypal and it shows as non-ordered in admin panel. I am using prestashop 1.6.1.11 and 1.6.1.12 with a template purchased from Template Monster.

Please help with how I can fix this problem.
