Problema doppie fatture...

Buongiorno,

ho un sito prestashop dove sono impostati 3 corrieri di prezzo differenete sui vari prodotti (i corrieri variano in base alla grandezza del prodotti) e quando un cliente acquista insieme prodotti appartenenti a corrieri differenti, Prestashop crea fatture separate e non un'unica fattura (pur essendo l'ordine unico e pagato in unica soluzione).

 

Come posso risolvere questa cosa e convincere Prestashop a creare una sola fattura anche se i prodotti hanno corrieri diversi ???

Nel tuo caso l'ideale sarebbe utilizzare un gestionale esterno che ti permetta di unire i vari ordini in una sola fattura. 

Di fatto in situazioni come la tua giustamente il sistema crea ordini separati, quindi fatture separate.
