Problem when try to install module - Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

Hi,

 

When I try to activate a theme I see that error: Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

insert into `ps_pos_slideshow` (`id_pos_slideshow`,`porder`,`active`)
                 values('1','1','1');

 

If I install the them without that module "pos_slideshow" and after that try to install the module I see similar error. I attach few screenshots.

 

Please help me! How can I resolve the problem?
