alabdeh Posted February 16, 2017 Share Posted February 16, 2017 Hello to all,I would like to ask for help please after struggling a lot with huge problems.It all started after several attacks and hacks targeted my website, and each time I make the restore something bad happens.Now I cannot access the back office anymore and I tried a lot resetting it through sql but it was no way, another problem appeared in sql prefix, the prefix in the config/setting.inc.php file is ps_, while in phpmyadmin it's different, so I did't see the database that corresponds to the store, and when I change it in config/setting.inc.php the website doesn't work.
