Modulo per personalizzare scheda Indirizzi

Salve.

Sto provando Prestashop 1.7, sto cercando un modulo ben fatto per poter personalizzare la scheda Indirizzi, vorrei poter inserire una scelta tra privato e partita iva (un radiobutton).

Se l'utente seleziona privato dovranno essere presenti i campi: nome, cognome, c.f., etc ...

Se l'utente seleziona partita iva dovrà essere presenta la ragione sociale, p.iva, c.f., etc ...

Ho fatto diverse ricerche e provato alcuni moduli, ne ho trovati che mi danno la possibilità di inserire la scelta tra privato o partita iva ma se l'utente seleziona privato non è possibile nascondere il campo ragione sociale e partita iva.

 

Mi sapete consigliare un modulo che faccia al caso mio?

If the user selects private must be present: first name, last name, Tax ID, etc ...

If the user selects VAT must be present: company name, VAT number, Tax ID, etc ...

I did search and tried a few different component, I have found that give me the opportunity to enter the choice between private or VAT, but if the user selects a private It can not hide the business name field and VAT.

You know you recommend a module that will work for me?
