Layered Block problem

I recently activated the layered navigation module on my page. Within this I have only activated the filter by Price and the filter by category. The price one works perfectly, the problem comes with the categories filter.

 

The filter does not display all the subcategories that the category actually has. That is, if a category has for example 5 subcategories, the filter only shows 1 or 2 to filter.

 

It is even rarer when this only happens with the level 1 categories, which are the top horizontal menu categories. With subcategories that have subcategories works perfectly and shows them all.
