Order confirmation showing TAX incl - While NO tax is selected

Hi

 

I just received an complain from a customer.

 

Our site sells all products without tax. Simple because we dont have to charge. 

 

Depending on the customers location, the customer might be charged with local taxes.

 

After this customer paid, the side brought them back to the site and toke a picture of the price incl. TAX. This is strange because we have all without taxes select.

 

Can some tell me how to fix this. 

 

 

BTW on the site and invoices it shows correct and that is without tax.
