Module to customize or remove delivery address in checkout

Hi all,

 

Working on a store that will sell products that will be delivered to a school.  Each order will be going to a corresponding teacher in the school to give to students.  It is confusing for the customer to register a delivery address and then choose a place to have it delivered.  These are not virtual products and have combinations and quantities to track.  I don't want to modify the core files, as it is actually part of a multi store, with other stores having different shipping options.  I still want the invoice address option as they will be paying online when they order.  It seems that this should be fairly simple... but I can't find a good solution.

 

Any recommendations?
