[HELP NEEDED] Display available colors and sizes in the product-list page

Hi every body,

I went through several posts here but couldn't find the solution. So, I appreciate your help

What I need is to display the available colors and sizes of a product in the product list (category.php) page. so the customer can know which colors/sizes available instead of going to the product details page (product.php).

Any idea please?
