How to allow order completion with non payment?

Hi
Does anyone know of a way to setup the shop so buyers can complete an order without having to pay immediately as I wish to call them afterwards for their card details over the phone? The nearest solution currently is to use the cheque option but wish to avoid using this option?

Hi,

Maybe you could use COD (cash on delivery) module, but edited with a text like "I accept to be contacted by phone... etc." on the front office appearance.
