Mike Toothaker Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 PrestaShop 1.6.1.4 PayPal USA,Canada 1.3.9 Everything seems to be working fine, until my client gets an order from a customer in state, meaning that sales tax needs to be applied. When this happens, everything is ok as far as paypal is concerned, but in the backend of PrestaShop the order stays on the "Shopping Carts" list, and never gets converted to an order. When my client creates an order out of the cart, everything looks fine, but this is a manual process and it seems odd that it is only happening on orders that require tax be charged and no transaction info is recorded.
