Modules updates (failing)

Hi, 

 

I have 2 modules that persistently won't update even though I get the confirmation that all updates were done. Same whether I use the update all button or individually. 

 

Please assist, and I'm new at this so I apologise if this has been covered before.

try to clear shop cache, and check if you see notification about update. if so - try to update it, and then clear cache again

Hi Vekia,

 

Thanks for that input. I did that and it didn't seem to help. I see the option is checked to clear cache every time there is a change too. It's my 2 latest modules. I'm not sure what has changed, the file / folder permissions look correct on the CPANEL side. Is there anything else obvious I can check?

Update: 

The problem is also with installation of new plugins.

After new module is uploaded via back office, the system confirms "files were extracted successfully" but they do not appear to be installed?

 

Both upgrading and installing new have the same bahavior: presta confirms successful update / installation but nothing has actually happened
