MultiShop Theme Configuration Module Functionality Not work For all Shop

I am working on multi shop Prestashop version 1.6.1.7. Default theme configuration module (Version 2.1.2) Live Configuration not work with all Shop . When i check with my first shop its working nice.But when i check with other shop its not display setting icon on page. Se we can not set theme and font for shop using live configure functionality. I also check theme configuration module code.

 

 

Theme Configuration module have checkEnvironment() function which check login user id and password. I also print that for a testing. In first shop i get proper data but same thing test with other shop no data print.

 

I need to do any setting for that from dashboard?

 

Please help me to solve this issue.
