Problem with new language and widget position

Hi,

 

I'm designing a website in Italian with leotheme fashion.

 

I create correctly the block language with another 2 language: english and spanish.

 

I duplicate the content of my italian web into another 2 new languages and soon I will translate it.

 

What's wrong?

 

If I select "English" or "Spanish" in my homepage... I can view the default positions of the leotheme widget and not teh same as italian homepage.

 

How can I modify the widget position in my english and spanish home?
