[SOLVED] Separate product-list for a certain category

Hello, i want my product list to look different for a certain category, with some {if $catnew} statement, but i don't know i should define $catnew as to only have the value of category 14, for exemple.
There is no product-list.php. Can this be done inside the .tpl?
