Internal Server Error 500 al importar Productos CSV

Saludos a todos,

 

Bueno estoy intentando subir muchos artículos a mi tienda y quiero subir un archivo CSV bastante grande, pero la verdad es que se queda empezando el archivo y sube cada vez maximo 50 articulos, luego de eso me sale el siguiente error:

 

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Ya he intentado varias cosas y no funciona nada, por ej ya hable con el administrador del hosting y me dijero que se aumentó el tiempo de espera del servidor y nada, el archivo inicial era de 3000 productos y ahora he intentado con 50 registros pero nada.

Alguien me puede ayudar?

 

Habilita errores (https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-blank-page-500-internal-server-error/) para ver el error, pero seguramente sea error de timeout o de memoria.
