deech123
Hi guys, yet an other question.I have some problems with professional clients and normal household clients :-)Is there a possibility that I can say :for customer A : show prices tva included, for customer B : show prices without tvaI know you can create groups, but the settings in the country overrule this group setting.is there any correct method that I can use to set the show prices tva included or excluded even if they are in the same country?thanks for any good tip. deech123
so maybe my question is not clear enough. Is there any possibility to say client A does not have to pay tva and client B must pay TVA.This is obligatoire in Europe when doing business with a mixture of tva required clients and tva non-required clients.who ooh who helps me out here :-)
deech123
I think I found a bug, so who test this out.create two customers groups.TAX: tva include (id1)NO TAX: tva exclude (id2)create a categorie or 3 with sublevels. Set them to show for group TAX and NO TAXcreate a customer with default group so TAX (id1)browse on the frontend and you will see all your products with TAX... that's correct. But now :go to backoffice, go to the customer and change his group to NO TAX (id2)save itgo back to front office : you will see for start that all prices are now without TAX??????!!! even if there was no login so normal startpage.and the category block is empty, new products is empty, everything is just empty the moment you set the customer to drop down box : NO TVA and check the group (see screenshot)you must first go back to the backoffice, change the status of that customer back to TAX id1 (default)save itand then only then you get a correct front page.so who want to test this.I've been looking for hours and hours, and I can easly reproduce it. deech123
Hi Rocky net yet, because I want to know if others have this also.also I found out that the upgrade to 1.3.0.10 did not succeeded as should.look at the screenshot where you can select your groups...empty with me....and if you look at the screenshot of my tables, everything is fine????any idea what went wrong with me?default group drop down = empty.en language at the right of check box = empty?also not ideal is when you make an extra group, you must set ALL categories (I have over 1200) to that group also, otherwise when the new group log in, you have nothing left in the navigation.... Ian1
Not sure if this is relevent to this discussion but on the upgrade the option to show price with tax, without tax, or both prices has vanished. Can anyone advise me if this correct as there were problems with this on the earlier version. I would like to show both prices if possible.
