Tax setting issue

I have been trying so many things to get this tax settings right. I followed the WIKI for tax setting in Canada, including Quebec. But it doesn't work. When I test run a Quebec order, only one tax is applied instead of 2.

The correct way to calculate tax in Quebec:

Product Price $XX.XX
GST (5%) $ X.XX
Sub Total $ XX.XX
PST (7.5%) $ X.XX
Total amount $XX.XX


Can anyone help me?
