Is there a possibility to work with a landing page for the home page?

I'm using PS 1.6.1.4 and would like to know if there's a possibility to work with a landing page instead of the usual home page (I'm using Transformer Theme).

 

The basic idea is that the products I have to sell will not be the main thing I want to sell. I will work with backorder itens mainly and the in-stock products on the background.

 

So I need the Prestashop still running, with much less products I have today.

 

I made a framework of what I need, maybe it explains better than me writing lol

 

The store will still be fully functional (as I will place manual orders) but I need a custom landing page for the home.
