New Templatemonster Theme layout is not correct, how to solve?

Good morning,

I recently bought a template on templatemonster.

After having installed it, the layout appears completely wrong.

 

This is the theme:

I tried to install it many times, uploading the file from BO, uploading the zip from FTP... but it keeps showing the same incorrect layout.

 

In the modules section, where you should find the customization options, I have no possibility of customizing the menu "categories": i.e. I don't have the option to insert the product category.

 

- Select Catgory -> no selection is possible

 

 

 

What can I do to solve this? Is there something I have to check?

 

I tried to contact the customercare on templatemonster, I had to pay to have the template installed by their specialists, but they installed it on virgin PS... they request an additional payment to install the theme on the existing PS.
