Smarty Cache issue : modules are randomly disappearing

Hello,

 

I’m facing a weird bug.

 

On a shop (v 1.6.1.6), a paiement module (CMCIC developed by Prestashop and it is up to date) is randomly disappearing from paiement page.

 

What i discover : if i empty the cache (in preference, smarty cache), the module shows up again.

 

So i deactivated the smarty cache and even the APC cache (so there is no cache at all on the shop). But the module still continue to randomly disappear.

 

What is really strange, even if smarty cache is deactivated, if i click on "empty cache", the module shows up again.

 

What could i do or where could i search for a solution ?

 

I’ve seen some topics here on the Prestashop cache that can be buggy. Have you ever faced that kind of issue ?
