Missing delivery description in cart preview window

Hello,

 

I have big problem with the cart preview box (the window that displays when customer puts a product into the cart).

 

When I put a product - the field responsible for displaying an information about shipping is empty (there is only price highlighted). When I put the second or more products - the field is OK (displays TOTAL SHIPPING).

 

Where can be a problem, could someone help ?
