PayPal Message: Warning £ xx.xx paid instead of £ xx.xx

I have had the site up and running for a year (PS 1.6.1.2) and have had no problem with PayPal. However in the last week I have 2 orders who have overpaid (first by £0.01 and the second by £0.03).

 

The orders have come pack as successful from PayPal and the over-payment is in the PayPal account.

 

I have attached an image.

 

I am stumped and was wondering if anyone has had the same problem?

This is some strange problem!

 

 

I have other problem orders, but these are the first that I found. Please, if anyone knows a solution to share it.
