Internal server Error 500 when adding products.

Hi all,

 

when I want to add a product in prestashop v1.6.1.10 i get an internal server error.

first it keeps loading for a while and then it says internal 500.

i am running

 

php 7.0.13 fastcgi

memory limit on 1512M 

max_excution_time 300

post_max_size 400M

upload_max_filesize 400M

 

on pleks 17.0.17 on windows r12 vps

 

the error i see in my server log is the following:

 

error 500 GET /Backoffice/index.php controller=AdminProducts&token=4370acfdff8e74b6e6a0ad39f819955a&id_product=0&action=Pack&updateproduct&ajax=1&rand=1480625435501&_=1480625435424 HTTP/1.1

 

I deleted the .htaccess file. this fiksed it for a bit. it makes the error pop up more randomly.

so sometimes it works adding a product and sometime it comes with the 500 again.

i had the same problem in V1.6.1.7/ V1.6.1.8/ V1.6.1.9 /V1.6.1.10

 

if someone could help me that would be amazing!
