It turns out that in the frontoffice and backoffice the order is associated with another customer and only the shipping and billing address in the backoffice remains correctly. I would like to know if the problem can come from Shopping Feed Official Module that generates orders and customers in prestashop . I would like to know if this problem has occurred to anyone.
