Error 404 when editing things in Bulgarian Language

  Hello,

When I try to edit for example meta description of index page in Bulgarian language I randomly receive error 404 especially when the text is slightly longer and it is showed in the front end. I entered debug mode and here it is what it says:

What could be triggering this problem?
