New category problem. (Category want to be created, but not listing in association manu)

Hello guys,

In some reason I am able to create new product category, but it does not appair in association manu.

Can you please suggest me some solution ?

I have the same problem. I create a new category that I want to appear at the top horizontal bar. But it does not appear. Do I have to install a module for that? If yes what module? I have the newest version of Prestashop.

Listen up,

 

I have SOLVED problem on one rly dummy way.

 

I have notice that  position value of my categories was :  0 0 0 0 1 2 3  ( It should be : 1 2 3 4 5...... )

 

So when I have moved one of them on some other place, positions have been automacly changed to propertly order. BUT.... when I have refreshed page, again I had the same problem with category position.... ( it was again in wrong order : 0 0 0 0 1 2 3.... )

 

So.... I have muved one more time one of the categories, an then I have TURNED OFF one of the categories, and after that I have saved changes.

 

After that, I have enabled disabled category, and everything was in propertly order, also i COULD SEE new category in the Association menu.

 

I hope that you guy's could understand me, and I helped you.

That solves the problem temporary, but if you clean your cache the categories become out of order again and it shows AGAIN  0 0 0 0 1 2 3  ( It should be : 1 2 3 4 5...... )

Anybody has a PERMANENT SOLUTION to this BUG?
