Não Recebo notificações

Preciso de ajuda urgênte. Há uma semana que o PS parou de enviar notificações de vendas.

 

Está  configurado mas não envia as notificações.

Não foi feita nenhuma alteração

 

Não sei se tem ligação mas comecei a receber essa mensagem quando fui traduzir templates de email

 

Existem 8 avisos:

O problema parece vir do tema que instalou. EM geral: os mails principais ficam na pasta /mails/br/. Para mails especiais que sao gerados através do tema ou de módulos, os mails ficam em /themes/seutema/mails/br ou /modules/moduloemquestao/mails/br.

 

Pode ser que o tema nao seja compatível com as regras do Prestashop e possue regras próprias... Infelizmente nao tenho como dar suporte à addons terceirizados...

 

Tente fazer o seguinte: copie do tema nativo a pasta /themes/default-bootstrap/maisl/br para o seu tema. Quanto aos mails dos módulos, vc. terá que verificar se lá existem ficheiros modelo e se a pasta possue sobre direitos de escrita. /modules/seumodulo/mails/br.
